The HAMBURG ROOF is a complete photovoltaic system by Sharp for various types of private residential property throughout Europe. There are currently two HAMBURG ROOF EURO-Kits available depending on the roof in question. What is so special about this system? HAMBURG ROOF combines the best of two technologies – the technical know-how of the on-roof system with the looks of an in-roof system. The PV modules are installed directly into the roof cladding of sloping roofs. By contrast to customary on-roof systems, these EURO-Kits are integrated elegantly into the roofing. As a result of its water-bearing layer, the first-class system replaces e. g. pantiles, shingles or roof tiles in both new and old properties. HAMBURG ROOF – a roof with a lot more on top.

From the 4th of October 2010 you can come and visit our factory shop near Wrexham where you can get up close to a 1.44kW system. You can see first hand how slim and neat the installation fits, so you know what your own property will look like. Our sales staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have on the kits or on the new Feed in Tariff (FiT). We can provide you with a list of our Sharp PV Kit Partners who will be able to provide you with a quotation for the supply and installation of a Hamburg Solar Roof.
