Sharp Manufacturing Company of UK has a long experience of working with Business to Business partners.  Our strength is our understanding of kitchen furniture requirements affecting build-in microwave oven designs with, for example, the need for adequate ventilation to maximise product life.  The UK team can work with a design concept and realise a fascia design to match existing appliances.  Our expertise in Supply Chain Management allows us to offer a product drawing on the benefits of Far-East supplies whilst maintaining exacting standards of Quality.

The Product Life Cycle

Development timescales are dependent upon customer requirements but are typically 8 to 12 months from go ahead and receipt of a design data package / concept.

We have a wide understanding of European requirements and are active in current projects such as REACH and RoHS.

Our design and development activity can focus on Life Cycle Assessment and we have the capability of working closely with partners to realise targets with respect to “Green” initiatives.

Kitchen Cabinet Installation and Layout

The 17 litre compact microwave ovens are only 30cm deep and are therefore capable of being built into the high wall cabinets.  Cavity space is not compromised as the turntable / door design still allows a 10 inch dinner plate to be used.
